Entrepreneurs for 2 days!

APK Days are over finally! Woohoo~~

It’s not like it’s a torture or something… but those two days were really exhausting! Not mentioning some of the group members slept at 2am and woke up at 4 am, right Naj?

The cookers cooks had the heaviest workload, because they’re to ensure we had something to sell!

Since we’re not qualified enough to cook, we did the deco! So I became ciplak art director for a day… :P For your information, our company name is Sedap 1Malaysia,

DSC02497so this is the S-E-D-A-P the girls so painstakingly painted.

DSC02500Mr. One! Special thanks to Caryn & BeeGuat for helping me. ^^ You guys are talented!

DSC02505Then had to do the menu for display. I think I spent more effort doing this than my teaching aids. :P

DSC02513Our booth no.40! Thanks to everyone who came and supported us!

DSC02518

On the 1st day we sold nasi lemak ayam berempah, along with drinks, tupperware containers, clothes, perfumes and teaching aids. Variety mah! The ayam berempah was fried by our own team members!

DSC02520

Tadaa~~ the highlight of our stall!

Our best record was ten orders one shot! Thank God~!! It really boosted our confidence after that! d^^b

DSC02547

On the 2nd day we sold nasi kukus ayam berempah. I didn’t know that nasi kukus is actually different from the usual rice cooked in rice cookers! Didn’t try this one though, don’t know how it tasted like.

DSC02558

Oh yeah we had roti jala too! One of our bestsellers as well… :9 I could only see but not taste! @@'"

DSC02522

And not missing the chicken curry that held delightful surprises of potato and chicken bits for the customers!

DSC02554

Dear tried to make roti jala too but it turned out to be roti canai instead. Sigh, no talents… :P

DSC02550

Syikin, the real cook behind the scene who couldn’t do anything about her anak buah.

DSC02527

So he resigned and learnt to make floats instead. That’s him practising from his sifu, Luke.

DSC02526

Luke the floater had had experiences in this field for 3 years hours. XD

DSC02540

Me want to help too!! Scooped rice only… haha

DSC02546

In the end we found our talents and planned to open our own business selling floats & white rice. Hahaha… Anyone wants to invest?

DSC02535

Caryn could join us if she wants. Her job is to wear an apron and collect $$. :P

DSC02553

I guess everyone discovered their destiny in 2 days. For example, Fikri the hotdog bun steamer, Deqman the hotdog bun cutter and Zul the sauce mixer! But their hotdog buns were real yummy! Don’t judge by its look, really! I think they can pay back gov RM130 thousand and venture into hotdog business dy… Haha…

Doing business was certainly more fun than doing assignments. No class somemore. ^^ Shouting for business: Nasi kukus ayam berempah! until it became Ayam kukus nasi berempah! And holding umbrellas for customers under the blazing killer sun! Priceless experience I must say!

But there’s one thing that you have to bear with: DSC02565SUNBURN!

T.T The skin around my neck now got 2 colours dy!
