there has been a death in the house next door

One of the hamsters died this morning.. The last time Louis saw it alive was 1am when it still crunched on the seeds. This morning he found it stiff in a weird position, accompanied by ants. T.T Actually it had been sick for quite some time dy.. with tumor on a foreleg.. and after the last Dec holiday it seemed to have shrunk half a size.. with a blind eye which kept emitting pus.. and least the misery ended today..

The gloomy evening when the weather was finally fine enough for us to bury Momo.

Momo's casket.

Louis wrapped it in the tissue paper. We wanted to see it for the last time but he said that the carcass smelt bad already.. so we decided to bury its body under the tree in the park opposite our house...

Caryn waiting for Louis to dig Momo's grave.. and turned out Louis had to use a butcher's knife because there was no better tool to use..

Last view.. bye bye hamster.. you've entertained us well..

Then used a broken piece of cement to cover it coz the grave was shallow.. in case the orange cat who ate the salamander came and kacau-kacau.. Hibiscus: courtesy of section 14 park.. :P

Rest in peace, Momo the hamster!
*no photos at the moment* =(

On a happier note, there's a new adorable Jack Russell in the pet shop nearby. RM1388. Gosh!

This is my target when I start working next time.. They say if you want to train yourself to have children, get a dog first! Cuz it's long-term commitment..

Looking forward to owning a puppy! :)
