Been spiritually up & down.. I need a breakthru badly.. Rev Monica is coming next week and will be focusing on breakthru & sth.. Just what I need.. Called to serve in her special meeting as well as Sunday service.. I'm really wondering how the outcome would be.. because serving without God's presence isn't serving at all.. sigh.. and God seems so near yet so far sometimes...
Helped to translate a piece of material for this Sunday.. and felt that the article, or more accurately, God, is speaking right to my heart. It's about victory without God.. says that sometimes in life when everything is smooth-sailing, it doesn't necessarily mean that God is with us. Just what I thought a few days back. Got my term result, and it was what I'd wished for.. and I had this misperception that God is with me, although our time together is so little that I'm wondering if it adds up to 24 hours since the beginning of the holiday...
"God said that the Israelites were stiff-necked ppl and refused to be with them because their heart was far from Him..." was what I typed just now... Gosh, I suddenly felt like one of them..!
