jingle bells~ for christmas and a wedding!

Hello December!

Oh yes! 3 more weeks and I'll be free from part-timing! :D Actually there're 4 weeks left to new year, but I have taken almost one week off (4 days) to join the GA Youth Camp (finally~!)... And MIRACULOUSLY, they approved our leave! Thank You Jesus!! Sometimes I felt that Caryn and I might be too demanding: can work for only 2 months, sat & sun must off, friday morning must be morning shift, now another 4-day leave again... But God is gracious, and all who honor Him will have His favor, amen!? ^^b

Speaking of this, this month is, of course, the Christmas season celebrated worldwide! Although Jesus was not born at this time, it's still a time to give thanks and ponder upon the amazing grace in the awesome salvation plan God has had for us! Thank You Father!

Since the only mall I go to is Midvalley, I haven't had the chance to see the deco of the others... Maybe next week we could drop by at 1-U after lunch at IKEA, right dear?! ^^

Midval is having a 'Funtoystic' theme this year! So what do you expect to see... Lots and lotsa toys of course~~!

This is just one of the booths there. Famous Amos if I'm not mistaken. I took the picha coz I simply love the long-legged santa and snowman!!

And there're LOTSA teddies as well!! Long-legged teddies! I mean, really, really long legs! Hahaha... Some closer ones to the railings offer free hugs. I've got to remember to take the picha of the biggest bear some day...

Photo session with Mr. Brown.

Two octopi!

And this was one poor bear tied under a lamp post outside Topshop Topman. When Caryn saw it in the morning it was fine.. but by break time it was torn around the leg and its neck too! I wonder if those shoppers hugged him or bit him... ==

See? This mean girl still went and pulled his scarf. Poor bear. He must be so thankful that he was removed the next day!

Oh yeah by the way, I promised to post about Zul & Aisya's wedding aite? I think I should rephrase what I had written in the last post: it's our cohort friends' very 1st wedding, not our very 1st cohort friends' wedding... if you can recognise the difference... hahaha whatever~

Anyway, we went yesterday around noon time. It's the girl side, Nain's side would be next week at his hometown, to which I doubt we'll travel so far. Anyway there were just the 3 of us! Not fun enough! :( A-ar, who are those from AirAsia and MAS (放我们飞机)? Please turn yourselves in and be executed.

This was the best picture I managed to get... It's either my face got cut off or his. Hahaha...

We drove all the way to Sungai Buloh without knowing the exact direction! Ended up at Kampung Sg. Plong which led us to some eerie crossroad. On the way there's even a sign saying 'Buang batu karang dan makhluk halus' and our goosebumps were all over! o.O

Then called a few coursemates who RSVP-ed as 'attending' for directions but ended up they joined AirAsia and MAS as well! Sigh... and finally got Azreil to give us the right directions...

And when we saw this banner by the roadside, we knew that we could not have been wrong! Hahaha actually it's the RELA team who attracted our attention! Can you believe it? They actually invited RELA ppl to help guide the traffic!

Woohoo~! Congtrats to Nain & Aisha!

My 1st time eating nasi minyak! Nice~~!! I super *heart* the rendang daging! Very authentic and scrumpleeeyummilicious~~!! Caryn even went for a second round which she regretted later... hahahah.... they didn't provide spoons actually. We used the spoons for cendol. Hahaha.. I think besides the florists, we're the only Chinese guests there.. Hahah.. but they're all so warm and amiable! Even the guests who were seated at the same table chatted with us like long-time friends! d^^b

Before we left we got to take photos with them again at the pelamin... ^^ though we missed the ceremony in the morning... Good for Nain to get such a pretty wife! :D

Selamat bernikah, Nain & Aisya~!! And get some kids soon!! Hahahah.... We're really, really glad for you! ^^
